核心承诺：Umadeit 是一款本地优先的记账应用。核心记账数据默认只存储在你的设备上；只有当你主动使用"导入发票 PDF"等云端辅助功能时，相关文件才会被发送到安全代理用于解析。
1. 我们是谁
Umadeit（以下简称"本应用"）由独立开发者 Steven He 开发和维护，是一款面向加拿大自雇人士和 Gig Worker 的记账与报税整理工具。

2. 我们收集的信息
2.1 你在应用内输入的数据（默认仅存本地）
以下数据默认通过设备本地的 SQLite 数据库存储在你的手机上，除非你主动使用需要云端解析的功能，否则不会上传：
- 交易记录（收入、支出、金额、分类、日期、备注）
- 客户信息（姓名、电话、邮箱、地址等你选择输入的内容）
- 发票及报价单内容
- 车辆里程记录
- 资本资产（CCA）记录
- 家庭成员信息（如姓名、GST 号码）
- 收据照片（存在本地相册或应用沙盒中）
2.2 我们不收集的信息
- ❌ 我们不收集你的账户凭证、姓名、邮箱、电话
- ❌ 我们不收集你的位置信息
- ❌ 我们不会上传你的通讯录；如果你主动选择"导入联系人"，所选联系人资料只会复制到本地客户记录中
- ❌ 我们不收集你的照片（除非你主动选择某张收据照片）
- ❌ 我们不使用广告追踪 SDK，不出售你的数据
- ❌ 我们不会上传你的交易明细、收据照片、客户资料或发票内容用于分析
2.3 发票 PDF 导入（可选云端解析）
如果你主动选择"导入发票 PDF"，所选 PDF 会上传到 Umadeit 的安全导入代理，并发送给 Google Gemini（或我们配置的备用 AI 解析提供商）仅用于提取发票号、日期、客户、项目明细、税额、总额和付款状态等字段。解析代理可能接收一个随机生成的应用设备标识，用于免费额度、防滥用和限流；它不是 Apple 广告 ID。解析结果会回到 App，保存后的数据和 PDF 副本仍存储在你的设备上。我们不会把这些 PDF 用于广告、训练或产品分析。
3. 订阅与支付
本应用的高级功能通过 Apple App Store 应用内订阅销售。订阅的所有支付处理由 Apple 完成，我们不接触你的支付信息（信用卡号、Apple ID 密码等）。
为了识别你的订阅状态并在多设备间同步（如有），我们使用 RevenueCat 作为订阅管理服务。RevenueCat 会接收一个匿名的订阅标识（不包含你的姓名或联系方式）。详见 RevenueCat 隐私政策。
4. 第三方服务
本应用仅使用以下第三方服务，且仅限于完成指定功能：
- Apple App Store / StoreKit：处理订阅购买
- RevenueCat：管理订阅状态
- PostHog：匿名产品分析，用于了解应用是否正常打开、入门流程是否完成等基础事件
- Google Gemini：仅在你主动使用发票 PDF 导入时解析所选 PDF
- Anthropic Claude：仅在我们启用备用解析提供商且你主动使用发票 PDF 导入时使用
本应用不接入广告平台或社交登录平台。PostHog 与 RevenueCat 事件不包含你的交易明细、收据照片、客户资料或发票内容。
5. 数据安全
- 数据存储在你设备本地的 SQLite 数据库中，受 iOS 系统沙盒保护
- 本应用支持通过 Face ID / Touch ID 或 PIN 码锁定进入
- 核心记账数据默认保存在设备本地；匿名产品分析和订阅状态事件不会包含你的财务明细；可选发票 PDF 导入只会在你主动请求时使用安全解析代理
6. 数据删除
你可以随时通过以下方式删除你的数据：
- 在应用内删除单条记录
- 在应用设置中"清空所有数据"
- 卸载应用（iOS 会自动清除应用沙盒内全部数据）
7. 儿童隐私
本应用面向 18 岁以上成年人，不针对 13 岁以下儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童信息。
8. 法律与免责声明
本应用提供的税务计算和报税整理功能仅供参考，不构成专业税务建议。最终申报请以你个人情况及专业会计师意见为准。
9. 政策变更
如本政策有重大变更，我们将在应用内或本页面公告通知。继续使用本应用视为接受更新后的政策。

Umadeit Privacy Policy

Core Commitment: Umadeit is a local-first bookkeeping app. Core bookkeeping data stays on your device by default; when you actively use a cloud-assisted feature such as invoice PDF import, the selected file is sent to a secure proxy only for extraction.
1. Who We Are
Umadeit ("the App") is developed and maintained by independent developer Steven He. It is a bookkeeping and tax-preparation tool designed for self-employed individuals and gig workers in Canada.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Data You Enter (Stored Locally by Default)
The following data is stored in a local SQLite database on your device by default and is not uploaded unless you actively use a cloud-assisted parsing feature:
- Transactions (income, expenses, amounts, categories, dates, notes)
- Client information (names, phone numbers, emails, addresses you choose to enter)
- Invoices and estimates
- Vehicle mileage records
- Capital asset (CCA) records
- Household member info (e.g., name, GST number)
- Receipt photos (stored in your Photos library or app sandbox)
2.2 Information We Do NOT Collect
- ❌ We do not collect account credentials, names, emails, or phone numbers
- ❌ We do not collect location data
- ❌ We do not upload your contacts; if you actively choose Import Contacts, selected contact details are copied only into local client records
- ❌ We do not collect your photos (except a photo you actively select as a receipt)
- ❌ We do not use advertising-tracking SDKs or sell your data
- ❌ We do not upload transaction details, receipt photos, client records, or invoice contents for analytics
2.3 Invoice PDF Import (Optional Cloud Parsing)
If you actively choose Import Invoice PDFs, the selected PDF is uploaded to Umadeit's secure import proxy and sent to Google Gemini, or to a configured fallback AI parsing provider, solely to extract invoice number, dates, client, line items, tax, total, and payment status. The import proxy may receive a randomly generated app device identifier for free quota, abuse prevention, and rate limiting; it is not Apple's advertising identifier. The parsed result returns to the App; saved data and optional PDF copies remain stored on your device. We do not use invoice PDFs for advertising, model training, or product analytics.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium features are sold via Apple App Store in-app subscriptions. All payments are processed by Apple; we never receive your payment details (credit card numbers, Apple ID password, etc.).
To identify your subscription status and sync it across devices (if applicable), we use RevenueCat as our subscription management provider. RevenueCat receives an anonymous subscription identifier only (no names or contact info). See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
4. Third-Party Services
The App only uses the following third-party services, strictly for the stated purpose:
- Apple App Store / StoreKit: processes subscription purchases
- RevenueCat: manages subscription entitlements
- PostHog: anonymous product analytics for basic events such as app open and onboarding completion
- Google Gemini: parses selected invoice PDFs only when you use the invoice PDF import feature
- Anthropic Claude: used only if we enable a fallback parser and you use the invoice PDF import feature
No advertising networks or social login providers are integrated. PostHog and RevenueCat events do not include your transaction details, receipt photos, client records, or invoice contents.
5. Data Security
- Data is stored in a local SQLite database, protected by iOS application sandboxing
- The App supports Face ID / Touch ID or PIN lock
- Core bookkeeping data stays on your device by default; anonymous product analytics and subscription-status events do not include your financial details; optional invoice PDF import uses a secure parsing proxy only when you request it
6. Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time:
- Delete individual records inside the App
- Use "Erase all data" in App settings
- Uninstall the App (iOS will automatically wipe all sandbox data)
7. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for adults aged 18 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Legal Disclaimer
Tax calculations and tax-preparation summaries provided by the App are for reference only and do not constitute professional tax advice. Please consult a qualified accountant for your final filings.
9. Changes to This Policy
If material changes are made, we will notify users via the App or this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
